Qigong

Qigong is a traditional Chinese form of exercise intended to maintain good health.  Combining breathing with gentle movement and meditation practices, Qigong is an excellent starting point for those who are new to the world of Qigong and Tai Chi training.  

In our classes we focus mainly on Qigong exercises from the Lee Family Taoyin Qigong system.  These exercises work to promote good health using the same theory of Qi flow in the body that is used in Acupuncture and other branches of Chinese Medicine.

The exercises are shorter and easier to remember than the longer Tai Chi Forms and that makes our Qigong classes a great place for beginners to start their training.
